iiya is an independent French studio creating elegant and intuitive iOS applications. By downloading or using any of our applications (PanierMalin, Pocket Convert, Go Football Prono), you implicitly accept these terms of use.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not download or use our applications.

All applications, their content, design, features, and trademarks are the exclusive property of iiya. You receive a personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use them.

By downloading and using our applications from the App Store, you acknowledge having read these terms and agree to abide by them.
Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
Our applications are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. iiya does not guarantee that the applications will function without interruption or errors.
We strive to maintain quality service, but we cannot guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability of our applications.
To the extent permitted by law, iiya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss.
iiya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any feature of its applications at any time, without notice or justification.
We strive to continuously improve our applications, which may involve additions, modifications, or removals of features.
Some features may require a paid subscription. All subscriptions are managed directly through the Apple App Store.
Billing, renewal, and refund terms are those defined by Apple. For any questions regarding a subscription, please consult Apple's terms or contact us at contact@iiya.fr.
iiya reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-app notification or by email.
Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may stop using our applications at any time by uninstalling them from your device. iiya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of non-compliance with these terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all installed copies.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of our applications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
